Hand-crafted in our designer atelier in Portugal, each piece undergoes a meticulous process of cutting, dyeing, stitching, washing, and delivery. Please allow 4-5 weeks for creation and delivery.

Returns

Our return policy extends for a period of 15 days from the date of product receipt. If more than 15 days have passed since you received the item, regrettably, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and remain in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

For processing your return, a proof of purchase or receipt is necessary.

Refunds

Upon the receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will promptly send you an email to confirm the arrival of your product. You will also be informed about whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card, within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

In case you have not received your refund yet, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank. Often, there is a processing period before a refund appears.
  4. If you have completed all of these actions and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at customers@bomberclothing.com.

Sale Items

Refunds are applicable only to regular priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Pre-Order Items

We are pleased to offer a unique pre-order section featuring items that are once-in-a-lifetime opportunities. These exclusive products will never be restocked, making them highly sought-after collector's items.

However, please be aware that pre-order items come with a policy that they are non-refundable. This is because the production process can be of an extended duration and occasionally beyond our control. The uniqueness and limited availability of these items contribute to their exceptional value and collectibility.

Exchanges

We exclusively replace items that are either defective or damaged. Should you need to exchange a product for the identical item, please send us an email at customers@bomberclothing.com, and arrange to ship your item to our 3PL logistic partner, Pick & Pack, at the following address:

Shipping

To explain further, "3PL" stands for Third-Party Logistics, which is a company that specializes in storing, packing, shipping, and receiving orders and products on our behalf. When returning your product, you will need to mail the item to our trusted 3PL logistic partner, Pick & Pack, at the address mentioned below.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from your total refund amount.

The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
